As the Head of Innovation, Prof. Dr. Georg Holländer spearheads TECregen's pioneering research and development efforts. His experience spans both pediatrics, providing clinical insight, and immunology research with a focus on thymic development and function (trained in both, in Switzerland and the U.S.). He holds the positions of Professor of Developmental Immunology at ETH Zurich, Professor of Pediatric Immunology at the University of Basel, and Professor of Developmental Medicine and Head of the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Oxford, UK. This decades-long dual-track background is of particular value to TECregen's endeavor to develop a thymus regeneration therapy.

Scientific focus: The development and function of the immune system in health and disease, in particular the molecular and cellular control of thymus development and function.

Filippo Oliveri is a serial entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience founding and co-founding successful startups in the life science and biotech sector. He brings invaluable strategic vision and leadership to TECregen. With a background in immunology, his insights bolster TECregen's scientific pursuits. Moreover, his extensive industry network and communication skills facilitate partnerships and growth opportunities for the company.

Previous roles include CEO, COO, and CBO roles for Profishcare, NXI Therapeutics, Matterhorn Biosciences, ATIcure, LFG medical Holding, MITIS, Lucerna-Chem AG, SwitchKine, TECregen.

Dr. Ignacio Moraga is overseeing all aspects of R&D efforts, ensuring scientific excellence. With extensive expertise in synthetic cytokine engineering and signaling, honed at esteemed institutions like Stanford University, and Dundee University (Associate Professor), he drives the advancement of TECregen’s development of groundbreaking therapeutic solutions. His extensive list of publications in prestigious scientific journals, his multiple patents (forming the grounds for Synthekines, Medicenna and SwitchKine IPs) and industrial collaborations highlight his diverse contributions to the field.

Scientific focus: The understanding of the molecular bases underpinning cytokine functional pleiotropy, with the ultimately aim of informing the design of more efficient cytokine-based therapies.

Dr. Klaas Zuideveld is Chief Executive Officer of TECregen and a biotechnology executive with more than 25 years of international experience across drug development, regulatory strategy, and company building. He has contributed to seven IND clearances and nine global regulatory approvals and has led the development of multiple therapeutic programs and companion diagnostics. Klaas has held senior leadership roles at Roche, Mosaic Biomedicals, Therachon, and Caris Life Sciences, and previously served as CEO of Versameb. He holds a PhD in Pharmacology and Mathematics from Leiden University and brings a strong track record in translating innovative science into clinical and commercial value.

Bo Rode Hansen is a seasoned leader in the biotech and pharmaceutical industry with over 20 years of experience in key executive roles and board positions, focusing on strategic growth of therapeutic companies in rare diseases, immunology and oncology. Currently, he is the Chairman at TECregen, Executive Chairman of Heqet Therapeutics and holds directorships at Lift Biosciences and Spirea Therapeutics besides advising companies and venture capital.

Previously, Bo led Scandion Oncology, securing significant funding and a Nasdaq Nordic listing, he was the founding CEO & President of Genevant Sciences after his tenure at Roche where he headed RNA therapeutics globally. Earlier he was an executive at Santaris Pharma, which was acquired by Roche. Educated with a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and executive education including an MBA, Bo specializes in executive leadership and strategic advisory, influencing the industry from his base in Copenhagen.

Philipp is a seasoned Investment Professional with a tenure at BIVF since 2020, specializing in the European Life-Sciences sector. He is currently serving on the Boards of Asgard Therapeutics, TECregen AG, SwitchKine AG and Obulytix. Prior to his venture into investments, Philipp led multidisciplinary research teams, spearheading immuno-oncology research strategies with a specific focus on external innovation. This included development of innovative platforms and exploring new biological areas. With a profound background in translational immunology, immuno-oncology and infectious disease drug development, Philipp's contributions to the field are well-recognized. He is also a distinguished scholar, holding a PhD in Biochemistry from the Basel Biozentrum.

Filippo Oliveri is the Co-founder and CEO of TECregen AG, a biotech company pioneering thymus regeneration and immune rejuvenation. He has also founded or co-founded several other ventures, including NXI Therapeutics, Profishcare GmbH, Bioconduct S.A.S, and SwitchKine AG, reflecting his broad commitment to biotech and medtech innovation.

Filippo began his career at the Basel Institute for Immunology and the Biozentrum Basel before moving into entrepreneurship. He went on to co-found and guide companies such as Matterhorn Biosciences, NextImmune AG, and ATIcure AG, contributing to the development of novel immunotherapies and translational platforms.

With over two decades of experience, he combines scientific leadership and company-building expertise across strategy, business development, and executive management.

Martin PhD and General Partner is a founder of CARMA FUND Management GmbH and initiated the fund in his role as managing director of the technology transfer firm Innovectis GmbH and holds several board seats in life-science start-ups as well as in technology transfer firms and organizations. Martin's key role is covering investment decisions the investment team and the general management of the fund. Martin is a molecular biologist by training and holds a PhD from Max-Planck-Institute for medical research. Martin founded and held CEO positions in technology driven companies, served as ASTP president and had tenures as CEO technology transfer offices and as department head at BASF.

Harry Robb is a venture capital professional specializing in biotech, pharmaceuticals, and the emerging longevity market, with a broad focus on deep-tech innovations. He currently serves as Principal at Lifespan Vision Ventures and Barron Venture Partners and holds board positions at several Lifespan portfolio companies. Previously, Harry was an Investment Manager at Longevity. Technology, a media and investment platform dedicated to the longevity sector, where he built a global network of institutional and private investors and led deal origination efforts. He holds an MSc in Applied Biosciences and Biotechnology from Imperial College London and a BSc in Biomedical Sciences from King's College London.

Katharina is an investment professional working at High-Tech Gründerfonds (HTGF). She is an expert in the early stage financing of life sciences start-ups, particularly in the fields of novel therapeutics and precision medicine. She holds a PhD in medical biology. During her scientific training, Katharina spent time in the US and Asia, among them a research stay at Harvard Medical School. Katharina holds numerous Board and Board Observer positions in European start-ups, among them Akribion Therapeutics, Cutanos, EvlaBio, Fundamental Pharma, Heidelberg Epignostix, Phialogics, and TECregen.
